Registration

You will receive a confirmation per e-mail immediately after completing the process. We kindly ask you to have a copy of that confirmation (including a confirmation of payment per bank transfer, if applicable) available when you collect your conference documents at the workshop registration desk.

The registration fees include access to the scientific sessions, a copy of the proceedings, coffee & lunches on Friday and Saturday, welcome reception (Thursday evening), and the conference dinner (Friday evening). Note that one dinner ticket for the participant is included for both types of registration; extra dinner tickets are required for accompanying persons.

Cancellation policy

Pre-registered participants who are unable to attend the workshop will have their paid fee refunded less a processing fee of 30 € provided that a written notice of non-attendance (by letter or fax) is received by the workshop organizers before March 11, 2018. No refund of fees can be expected after this date. All refunds will be processed after the workshop.
